A pleasant, mild bitterness and a mellow taste have been achieved by adding the finest Mandheling Berkat Lingtong beans to the blend. It is a delicious coffee – it does not have a perceptible amount of acidity, but at the same time, it has a depth of flavors and is rich in taste. To me, that is a blend that hits the spot. I prefer less acidic coffees, but less acidic also usually means less depth and a lack of flavors. Not for this blend. The house blend of Sapporo Coffee Kan is special since it can be rich, complex, and full-bodied without being acidic.
